Swami Vivekananda defined education as the 'manifestation of perfection already in man'. Our Vision is to actualize Swami Vivekanda's fundamental educational ideals of imparting life-building, man-making, and character-building education. We strive to develop an educational system wherein the rich and spiritual heritage of our country with its hoary tradition of values like sacredness of knowledge, shraddha,purity, devotion of truth, etc., are taught on the one hand; and on the other, are taught the western values of scientific temper, rational investigation into the truth of the world we live in, objectivity of approach through science and technology, work efficiency and team work. In Swamiji's words - "Education is not the amount of information that is put into your brain and runs roit there, undigested, all your life. We must have life-building, man-making, character-making assimilation of ideas. If you have assimilated five ideas and made them your life and character, you have more education than any man who has got by heart a whole library. If education is identical with information, the libraries are the greatest sages in the world, and encyclopedias are the Rishis. The ideal, therefore, is that we must have the whole education of our country, spiritual and secular, in our hands, and it must be on national lines, through national methods as far as practical. Of course this is a very big scheme, a very big plan. I do not know whether it will ever work out. Young children of todays, my hope is in you. Will you respond to the call of your nation? Each one of you has a glorious future if you dare believe me. Have a tremendous faith, in yourselves, like the faith I had when I was a child, and which I am working out now. Have that faith, each one of you, in yourself that eternal power is lodged in every soul and you will revive the whole of India."Education is not merely filling the brain with information that may remain undigested. Education should bring in all-round development of the students and make them worthy citizens of country.

Swami Vivekananda's Philosophy of man-making education forms the basis and directive principle of our curriculum–content. The syllabi of our courses have been framed with a view to mould the character and skills of the students and to enable them to become good, productive and dutiful citizens. At the beginning of every unit test the faculties prepare lesson plans. The lesson plans are periodically reviewed for ensuring theirs implementation and necessary changes are made whenever required.
